How much luggage can I bring on my flight?  

What is your weather policy? What if my flight can’t leave because of weather? 

  • If your flight is delayed or cancelled due to weather or any other circumstance, you will be notified by Lynk Air via phone, text, or email. For more information, view the Weather Policy.

What is your cancellation policy? Once I’ve booked a seat, can I move to a different flight? 

Do I need to bring an ID? 

  • All passengers are required to have a valid government ID or passport. Please see Travel Documents for more information.

What time do I need to schedule my Lynk Air flight to make my flight at SeaTac on time when leaving from Oak Harbor? 

  • This service on pause until we are able to add an appropriate aircraft to our fleet.

  • Lynk Air flights from Oak Harbor will arrive at SeaTac approximately 20 minutes after departure. SeaTac recommends arriving 90 minutes before your scheduled departure time (SeaTac Arrival Recommendations.) It will take about 10-15 minutes more to get you to the SeaTac check-in counter. We recommend a departure two hours before your flight leaves Seattle. 

What time should I arrive for my Lynk Air flight?  

  • You’re special to Lynk Air. No need for a long check in. Please arrive no later than 10–15 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check in and baggage loading. Or, if you prefer, arrive a little earlier, have a beverage, and relax in the Lynk Lounge before your flight from Oak Harbor. 

Do children need a seat?  

  • Please let us know in advance if you will be traveling with infants.  

  • If the child you are traveling with is under the age of two, he or she may sit on your lap for the duration of the flight. If the child is older than two, they are required by law to have their own seat.  

Can my pet travel with me?  

  • Pets under 25 lbs. are permitted, at Lynk’s discretion.  Please view our Pet Policy.

  • All animals must use a kennel while on board Lynk Air aircraft. 

  • Only one animal is permitted in the cabin. Please call us if you want to book your pet. 

Where do flights depart and arrive? What are the airport addresses?  

  • Oak Harbor’s airport address is 1140 Monroe Landing Rd, Oak Harbor, WA 98277.

  • SeaTac customers can meet us adjacent to Baggage Carousel 16 at the Lynk Air desk after you have gathered your bags.


What if I am late for my flight?  

  • CHARTERS: In the event that you are late for your charter, there will be a standby charge for waiting past your scheduled departure time. Please call or contact Lynk Air as soon as you know of a delay. We’ll try to accommodate you as best we can within the limits of our ongoing operational commitments. 

  • COMMUTER FLIGHTS (Lynk Lift): No flights will be held past the time of departure.

How long will it take to get to my destination?  

  • Flight times vary depending on your route. Estimated flight times are indicated during the booking process. Please note that flight times are affected by external factors and may be longer than estimated. 

Are there additional fees that I may incur when I book travel? 

  • No additional fees will be applied to standard flight operation. Additional fees may apply depending on special requests or amenities packages.  

If I have an allergy, can I still fly? 

  • If you have any allergies to food, animals, or otherwise, please let us know so that we can create the perfect flying experience for you. 

Can I travel if I am pregnant? 

  • You won’t be permitted to travel within seven days before and after your delivery date. If you need to travel within this time frame, approval from your physician is required. Your physician will be required to submit a passenger medical form before your flight.
